At Mopoly, we strive to provide you with unique, high-quality 3D sculptures that capture the essence of your precious memories. We understand that purchasing online can be a significant decision, so we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your order.
Returns
As our products are custom-made based on your specific requests, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged. You can reach us at info@mopoly.se to report any issues.
Refunds
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before proceeding with a refund or replacement.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for orders based on customer changes of mind, as each sculpture is uniquely crafted for each customer.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
